Blog Constituting Thoughts on the Constitution and Liberty and Such- Avela

 The US constitutions inception was a very complex affair and after research I'm astonished it got us this far.

Though not without its tribulations, like civil wars and the freedom of press dividing a lot of this country through political views. However the final product, I believe, is much better then anyone could've hoped for. Freedom means being able to express dislike. Our limited freedom is what makes our liberty tangible and more open to discussion then through violence. Even when there is violence there is discussion to work through it, in efforts to collaborate just like the founding fathers.

There was an original collaboration discussing what it meant to be a society under a ruling faction that didn't have complete dominion over its subjects. They carved out what it mean't to be an individual because that was what was worth independence, and through a decade long creative process we decided to involve multiple layers of empowerment among institutions. After the dynamics were figured out the important part was people being on board. Major global issues were present and America had to bypass an entire way of life. People today still fight for the freedoms seeker by the origonal founders of our constitution, but now we are at a place where we can move forward, and work towards progressiveness peacefully every day. 

Not to mention the most important system as the glue holding all the dynamics and institutions together and in check being the courts. How fight for liberty and discuss and decide at the highest level to work through whats right and wrong for this country.

I remember thinking America was a miracle in second grade, not a perfect one, but I realize that nothing is ever objectively perfect(besides Star Wars Episode III:Revenge go the Sith). Point being that it's easy to forget that we are a miracle held together by the willpower of human beings, and we can keep arguing and its that willpower among each other that will improve and improve until we can't improve anymore, and that is a cycle that will repeat for a long time to come.

     Before I began learning and comprehending the theory that you have put on display I took note of the word diffusion. It's the most important aspect of the theory especially since it's named after it. The place I hear and know that word from my own experience is in my school Biology classes. Luckily I took it just last school year so it's fresh in my mind mostly. Anyway, I came to the early conclusion this theory involves a type of integration. After further exploring the theory I came to realize that our professor wants this theory applied on a large scale. Whether it be country or community scale, this is in regard to how something, and it could really be anything, diffuses into a culture.
